Early Childhood Professional Development

Research shows that training is the key to providing care and education that is best for young children. Training that makes a difference, however, cannot be just any training. Quality training is delivered by trainers who understand children, the business of child care, and use resources that reflect current early childhood research. At CCR&R, our goal is to bring such training to you.

State Training Requirements

Family:	9 hours
Group:	10 hours
Center:	13 hours (based on 40 hours worked)

A six-hour Basic Child Care course is now required for newly licensed providers to be taken within the first year.
