CDA Renewal Scholarships are available to providers who hold a CDA credential that is eligible for renewal.

Renewal Scholarship Recipients Will Receive

3 Free Training Vouchers
You can use these vouchers to attend ND CCR&R Eager to Learn online courses or face-to-face training events that offer CEU credits. ($150 value)

$50 Check to cover CDA renewal fees.

How to Apply

1. Download the CDA Scholarship Renewal Application.

2. Complete the application. Applications will be accepted through May 31, 2013.

3. Mail application, a copy of your current CDA credential and a completed W-9 form to the CCR&R location listed on the form.

CDA Scholarships are awarded on a first-come-first-serve basis. Traning vouchers and check will be mailed after ND CCR&R reviews and approves your completed application and supporting documents.

Why Renew Your CDA Credential?

A CDA Credential is valid for three years from the award date, after which it may be renewed in five-year increments. You worked hard to earn your CDA, don’t let it lapse.

Scholarship recipients are responsible for completing CDA renewal requirements including First Aid/CPR certification, professional association membership and securing letters of recommendation needed to complete the CDA renewal process.
