- The Director needs 13 clock hours of training annually
- Center staff working 30 – 40 hrs/wk need 13 clock hours
- Center staff working 20-30 hrs/wk need 11 clock hours
- Center staff working 10-20 hrs/wk need 9 clock hours
- Center staff working less than 10 hrs/wk need 7 clock hours

A six-hour Basic Child Care course is required for newly licensed providers to be taken within the first year. First Aid/CPR is required in addition to training hours.
