General Training Information
ND CCR&R Training Online is the one-stop source for all your training and professional development needs.

State Training Requirements
Family: 9 hours
Group:

10 hours

  • Group staff working 30 – 40 hrs/wk need 8 clock hours
  • Group staff working 20-30 hrs/wk need 6 clock hours
  • Group staff working 10-20 hrs/wk need 4 clock hours
  • Group staff working less than 10 hrs/wk need 2 clock hours

 

Center:

13 hours (based on 40 hours worked)

  • The Director needs 13 clock hours of training annually
  • Center staff working 30 – 40 hrs/wk need 13 clock hours
  • Center staff working 20-30 hrs/wk need 11 clock hours
  • Center staff working 10-20 hrs/wk need 9 clock hours
  • Center staff working less than 10 hrs/wk need 7 clock hours

 

A six-hour Basic Child Care course is required for newly licensed providers to be taken within the first year. First Aid/CPR is required in addition to training hours.
