Free Play is a time for children to explore individually or in small groups. It’s important to ensure spaces are created to allow them to investigate their interests.
Group Time is when children engage in an activity as a group. When planning a space for group gatherings you need to ensure there is an open area to convene. It must be inviting and be an area that helps a small group communicate with one another.
