Flood Evacuation Guidelines
If you must evacuate and drive through flood conditions - BE SAFE:
• Avoid low roads, underpasses and other flood-prone areas.
• Do not drive around barricades
• Six inches of water will reach the bottom of most passenger cars and can cause loss of control and
possible stalling. A foot of water will float many vehicles.
