Goal: Serve fruits or vegetables at every meal, eat meals family-style whenever possible, and don’t serve fried or pre-fried foods.


Children depend on the vitamins and minerals from foods to grow and develop properly. Eating a balanced diet can help children be smarter, stronger, and healthier! Providing healthy foods to children is not always a simple task, but can be done with a little planning!
