What is ChildcareAlive!

ChildcareAlive! is a FREE program that uses fun and engaging activities to teach children positive messages about healthy foods and active play. This exciting program includes entertaining lessons for children, helpful tips and recipes for parents, and valuable resources for providers and teachers.

What are the ChildcareAlive! Activities?

Entertaining, engaging, and educational. We come to child care programs with an interactive activity every two weeks over an 8-10 week time frame. Each activity includes a 30-minute interactive children’s activity, a parent newsletter, and a provider tip-sheet. Providers will choose from a variety of activity topics, including "Trying New Foods"," Vary Your Veggies", and "Fun with Fitness". (All activities are led at the child care program by a Child Care Aware® Consultant)
