Review more than one software program and check to see what other providers in your area are using.

• Do they offer other modules? (e.g.-accounting) Cost?
• Does the company provide good customer service? (call their 800 number to see how quickly they answer the phone)
• Does the company provide upgrades?” How often and at what price?
• Is it easy to use?
• How long have they been in business?
