Child Care Management Software

There are a number of companies providing software to the child care industry. Samplings of those are listed below. Being listed IS NOT to be taken as an endorsement of any kind. Most of the companies allow you to review the software for a limited time by ordering a free CD. It is highly recommended to do so. Review more than one software program and check to see what other providers in your area are using.

Questions to ask yourself include:

  • Does the software fit my needs?
  • Can I afford it?
  • Do they offer other modules? (e.g.-accounting) Cost?
  • Does the company provide good customer service? (call their 800 number to see how quickly they answer the phone)
  • Does the company provide upgrades?” How often and at what price?
  • Is it easy to use?
  • How long have they been in business?
