Concerns and/or Complaints

Concerns and/or complaints about child care programs: If you have a concern regarding a child care program not following licensing rules and regulations or have concerns regarding possible abuse or neglect, please contact the child care licensing staff or child protective staff at your local county social service office.

CCR&R does not license child care programs or investigate program concerns or complaints. However, as mandated reporters, CCR&R staff will be making an independent report of any reports of suspected abuse and neglect to county social services.
