This workshop is appropriate and beneficial for educators, childcare providers, therapists, parents, and EVERYONE! It is filled with practical tools to immediately implement for self and others- reducing stress, increasing performance, building the physical skills for learning, and more!

Workshop participants will:

• Experience a four-step warm-up process to prepare for optimal learning.
• Identify how the brain and body cooperate together.
• Address focus, organization, proprioception, spatial awareness,
  academics, and developmental movement patterns.
• Learn the theory of Brain Gym and it’s practical application.

Participants earn 5 clock hours. CEU credits are available for an additional fee.

This training is Growing Futures approved.
Certificates will not be issued to participants who arrive late or leave early.
